Climate Change

A Brief History of “Windows of Opportunity”

A video message to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change in reply to the conclusion in the final paragraph of the IPCC, AR6, WG1, SPM report that was released on February 27, 2022, that says in part:

“Any further delay in concerted anticipatory global action on adaptation and mitigation will miss a brief and rapidly closing window of opportunity to secure a liveable and sustainable future for all.”

This video was inspired by a recent video posted by Sam Mitchell on his excellent channel, Collapse Chronicles.

Gratitude to Sam for bringing the Associated Press reference to my attention from 1989.
